What is a Hybrid Solar System?
A hybrid solar system combines solar panels, battery storage, and a grid connection in one setup. Energy generated during the day can be used immediately, stored in batteries for later, or exported to the grid — giving you flexibility that neither pure on-grid nor pure off-grid systems offer.
How It Works
A hybrid inverter manages power from three sources: your solar panels, your battery bank, and the grid. During the day, solar power runs your home and charges your batteries. At night, you draw from stored battery power first. If batteries run low, the system automatically falls back to grid power — and if there's a grid outage, your battery can continue supplying critical loads.
